Sharpless 2-224 is a faint supernova remnant in Auriga that I imaged on December 11. It consists of a half-ring structure (pretty much like NGC 6888) and a streak in N-S direktion to the right (=west). I didn't have a perfect flatfield for this one, so it took some extensive tweaking to make it look ok.
S/N is not very good, but somehow I like the look of it, a bit like a grainy film shot.

Taken from the middle of Berlin with an 8" LX200 at f/1.9, MX716 camera, video autoguider, Astronomik Halpha filter for 18x10 minutes.
